Requirements
– At least 2 years of telephone-based customer service experience
– Debt Help/IVA experience preferred but not essential
– Ability to exceed set targets
– Remain within KPI’s
– Good telephone manner
– Able to objection handle to a high standard
– Willingness to make outbound calls

– Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
– Contacting clients to fact find and obtain all personal details from customers including information about outstanding finances.
– Generate valid, qualifying opportunities for our Financial Advisors.
– Creating customer call backs, referrals, and building relationships to take initial details from incoming calls and different data sets and enquiries.
– Maximising positive outcomes for clients and the business.
– Transferring suitable calls to our advisers based on the initial details taken; to deal with our customers in a friendly and professional manner and in line with the Company’s standards and procedures.

– Ability to build rapport and manage sensitive client conversations
– Ambitious with a client-focused approach

Responsibilities
– Conducting detailed financial assessments with clients to determine the most suitable debt solution.
– Advising clients on available options including IVAs, DROs, DMPs and bankruptcy.
– Preparing and submitting case files to the Insolvency Practitioner for review.
– Managing client relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the process.
– Ensuring all advice given is compliant with regulatory requirements and in line with the Company’s standards and procedures.
