We specialise in Individual Voluntary Arrangements which comply to the IVA protocol. Whilst we do not administer any other debt solutions, we will advise of this and refer to an authorised third party if we are unable to assist with an alternative solution. In the case where Michael Howorth is not able to take the appointment, you will be referred to one of our insolvency partners who we will work with on a joint nominee basis to proceed with your case. All financial solutions are subject to eligibility and acceptance and depending on your chosen solution, fees may be charged by the service provider – if this is the case CPDS will make you aware of any fees before you proceed.
